Proper Brushing Technique
Brushing is a routine that is followed from many centuries by human race to keep the teeth clean . but even today most of us are using the wrong way of brushing . what is important while brushing are two basic things:
1. When to brush ?
2. How to Brush ?
When to brush: It’s a very important issue because the routine that is generally followed for the brushing is waking up in the morning and brushing before eating this probably is the worst time for the brushing this way the teeth remain clean for only about ten fifteen mins before one takes the breakfast . the correct timings for the brushing are twice a day one is just after the break fast that’s right after the breakfast and secondly just before sleeping in the night (this will eliminate the need for brushing before breakfast) .using this way the teeth are kept clean for most hours in the day .
How to brush: its as important as to know when to brush because here again most of the people are doing it in a wrong way . most people do it in the way that they are actually doing more harm than good .the correct way to do this following vertical strokes that is moving it up and down on all the teeth rather than moving them back and froth as is generally followed . and second thing here is to cover all the surfaces of all the teeth here again most of us just clean the outer surfaces of the teeth and forget the inner ones which actually are more subjected to deposits
