Do’s and dont’s for oral health

 Dont’s

1. don’t take too  sweet and too cold food

2. don’t take too much sticky foods like chocolates
(brush or rinse the mouth afterwards if unavoidable )

3. don’t use the teeth to open the bottles and other such works

4. don’t neglect any problem in the mouth or teeth for too long

5.dont use cold drinks and other high acid foods like “magic pop”

 Do’s

 1. brush twice daily

2. rinse the mouth after every food

3. examine the mouth regularly in the mirror for any decay or other problem

4. regular six monthly visit to a dentist
